Sales

Solution sales for Harbitt, our international logistics DX cloud. You will understand each customer’s supply chain and import/export operations, then propose ways to optimise them.

About Harbitt

Our mission is to take “it did not arrive as planned” out of global logistics.

International logistics is infrastructure that underpins the world economy, and yet it remains a traditional industry where digitalisation has barely arrived and the work rests on each person’s instinct, experience and nerve. As Japanese companies expand overseas, supply chains grow more complex; as other economies — Asian ones in particular — develop, the number of ports a vessel calls at keeps rising. Lead times for cargo to and from Japan are longer than they used to be and delays are frequent, making it ever harder to deliver cargo on the planned date, at the planned cost and the planned CO2 emissions.

We build an international logistics DX cloud that digitalises global logistics with the latest technology and makes data-driven forecasting and optimisation possible. That is how we deliver on our mission of taking “it did not arrive as planned” out of global logistics.

The product and the value it delivers

We are building Harbitt, an international logistics DX cloud, for large shippers such as manufacturers with complex supply chains, and for forwarders — the companies that handle logistics on a shipper’s behalf.

Automatic data collection takes the manual work out of cargo tracking, and data analysis and high-accuracy forecasting come as standard so that anyone can use them. With Harbitt, clients can manage their supply chain precisely enough to balance supply and demand, optimising inventory and reducing lost sales opportunities.
