We are pleased to announce that Harbitt has been selected for the FY2024 “product improvement and standards compliance / certification support program” run by the Tokyo Metropolitan Small and Medium Enterprise Support Center.
We provide AI and cloud solutions that support international logistics DX for large shippers and forwarders. With this selection, we will strengthen our development organization — using AI and other leading-edge technology to make the product more capable, so that we can help solve problems for more companies.
Specifically, we plan to use the program’s support for the following:
• Faster product improvement: substantially better UI/UX through AI and other leading-edge technology
• Higher-precision data: further improvement of our delay and arrival forecasts — a core strength — by taking in shipment status and other data from a wider range of sources
We will keep working so that we can do more to help our customers advance international logistics DX.
